Federal Policy & Payments Regulation Lead

Tempo seeks a seasoned policy and government relations leader to build Tempo's presence in Washington from the ground up. You will represent Tempo to Congress, regulators, and industry coalitions, shaping policy on stablecoins, digital payments, and agentic commerce.

You will lead strategy and execution, collaborate with Legal, Product, Comms, and GTM, and own the function end-to-end as a hands-on contributor in a fast-moving startup.
