Headquartered in the United States, Aquatech's Asian headquarters is based in Pune, India.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Service Operations Management</b></p><ul><li>Oversee service activities for all Domestic O&amp;M service contracts across India.</li><li>Support renewal of existing service contracts and identify service growth opportunities.</li><li>Ensure adherence to KPIs, operational excellence, and service commitments.</li><li>Monitor operating costs, account receivables, and Budget vs Actual performance.</li></ul><p><b>Customer &amp; Account Management</b></p><ul><li>Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.</li><li>Develop and sustain positive customer references and lighthouse accounts.</li><li>Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.</li></ul><p><b>Technical Support</b></p><ul><li>Provide technical services support to execution teams for all technical matters.</li><li>Guide teams on process optimization, troubleshooting, and operational improvements.</li><li>Support project and service teams in resolving complex technical challenges.</li></ul><p><b>Financial &amp; Commercial Management</b></p><ul><li>Monitor account receivables and support timely revenue realization.</li><li>Ensure seamless cash outflow disbursements to suppliers within IWS.</li><li>Support cost optimization initiatives and commercial compliance.</li></ul><p><b>Site Audits &amp; Compliance</b></p><ul><li>Conduct site audits as and when required for existing customers and new prospects.</li><li>Ensure compliance with operational, quality, and safety standards.</li><li>Review audit findings and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><b>Training &amp; Development</b></p><ul><li>Conduct technical and operational training programs to enhance team capabilities.</li><li>Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across service locations.</li></ul><p><b>Must-Have Skills &amp; Experience</b></p><ul><li>15+ years of experience in O&amp;M, technical services, service operations, or water treatment projects.</li><li>Strong experience in managing multi-location service contracts and customer accounts.</li><li>Proven expertise in technical support, site audits, and operational excellence.</li><li>Experience in budgeting, cost control, receivables management, and contract renewals.</li><li>Strong customer management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel across project and customer sites as required.</li></ul><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?xrKrwLVX1fIzFoTe5pb%2fM2TR4Uv39Oo4d" width="0" height="0" />
