Purpose The Coordinator II, Resource Planning role is responsible for providing effective and efficient scheduling, routing, and coordination of emergency and non emergency work to field resources. This position supports a wide range of capital and operational activities—including construction, mandated compliance, maintenance, and customer field services—to ensure work is completed safely, on time, on budget, and with proper documentation. The position is the central point of contact for either the New Services Team or the customer for updates on the status of their service installation (i.e. permitting, planning, Engineering, Construction). The position supports the safe, efficient, and customer‑focused delivery of gas service installations, relocations, and customer driven projects by serving as a central coordinator between field operations, engineering, construction, and sales teams. The role oversees and maintains accurate construction and operational data, reviews daily reports, enters and validates information in SAP, matches invoices to daily slips, and manages SES (Service Entry Sheet) approvals. The Coordinator supports project scheduling, expenditure tracking, contractor collaboration, and periodic reporting for Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Finance. The position also serves as a central point of contact for customer appointments, inquiries, and new service installation updates. Hourly Rate DOE: $28.63 - $42.95 Accountabilities
- Set up and monitor daily workload assignments for field resources; adjust schedules as needed to meet company objectives.
- Assist with rescheduling work impacted by emergency events and plan for postponed work.
- Monitor job preparation activities prior to scheduling.
- Coordinate across functions to manage and track mandated compliance work.
- Schedule field staff for onsite assessments.
- Review daily construction reports and enter accurate data into SAP.
- Match invoices to daily slips and manage SES approvals.
- Conduct analysis and prepare reports/metrics to support progress tracking, regulatory reporting, budget monitoring, financial forecasting, and project evaluation.
- Support monthly progress assessments and cross departmental reporting
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to residential, commercial, and new construction customer needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly and accurately to inquiries.
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams regarding service installation status.
- Act as central communication hub for customer requested service relocations.
- Manage workforce overtime reports, contact lists, and emergency call out schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to offsite locations as needed.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills.

- College or professional program of 3 years or less.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience.
