Location:

Remote within Shentel’s footprint in Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Kentucky, and Ohio

Schedule:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—helping solve problems, answer questions, and identify opportunities to deliver additional value. This role combines

customer service and sales

, giving you the ability to directly impact both customer experience and your earning potential.
Base Pay:

$15+ per hour
Monday–Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Around every 4th Saturday required, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with a day off during the same week
Overtime required monthly with the opportunity for additional overtime
Remote Work Expectations

Dedicated, private workspace required
Company-provided equipment
Paid training with full attendance required
1+ year customer service or call center experience
~ Comfortable identifying sales opportunities while supporting customers
