About Our Client

We're an OEM-authorized SME specializing in advanced fire suppression and detection systems. We need a sales leader who already sells Gas Suppression (FM200, Novec 1230, CO2, Inert Gas), VESDA, Addressable Fire Alarms, Kitchen Suppression (UL-300), Panel Protection, and Gas Release Control Systems, and whose name MEP consultants and architects in Delhi NCR already recognize.

This is an individual contributor role in a lean setup. No large team behind you. You bring the relationships, the technical depth, and the ability to close independently.

What you'll do:

→ Get our systems specified into project BOQs at pre-tender stage through your consultant and architect network

→ Close high-value institutional orders across Hospitals, Hotels & Hospitality, Industrial Plants, Warehouses, and Data Centers

→ Lead technical presentations and solution design discussions for complex special hazard requirements — independently

→ Track upcoming mega-projects in Delhi NCR and surface strategic opportunities to leadership early

Skills we'll verify:

NFPA · NBC · UL/FM codes · Gas suppression system design · Solution selling · High-stakes B2 B negotiation · Consultant & architect engagement · Special hazards expertise

Must have:

→ 10+ years in fire protection / special hazards / MEP project sales not general safety, AMC, or extinguisher sales

→ B. E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire & Safety Engineering (or equivalent)

→ A network you've built personally named deals you've driven and closed
