Institute Cosmetique is looking for a motivated Customer Support & Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and have a passion for sales, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and email
• Guide customers about our skincare, hair, and aesthetic treatments
• Convert inquiries into appointments and sales
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details
• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support or Sales
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and sales skills
• Experience in a skincare, healthcare, or aesthetic clinic will be preferred
