Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to join our team on a part-time remote basis . This role is ideal for professionals with strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and a passion for delivering scalable HR technology solutions.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to configure, enhance, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules including:
- Benefits
- Employee Central (EC)
- Recruiting
- Onboarding
- Compensation
- Lead and support USA Benefits implementations , including US Savings Plan configuration.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and application support.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Development teams.
- Drive application enhancements and continuous improvements.
- Conduct workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.
- Ensure solutions follow SAP standard functionality and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong 5+ years hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong experience in Employee Central (EC) is mandatory
- Strong experience in Benefits Management is mandatory
