Job Responsibilities: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following or a related field:- Accounting- Finance- Economics- Engineering- Mathematics / Physics
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain tools and capabilities supporting Data Governance and CDLF data maintenance.- Manage user security/access and update reference tables as required.- Implement data metrics to monitor the quality of source and output data.- Gather requirements and maintain project plans for new CDLF deliverables and enhancements.- Manage inbound and outbound data connections, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.- Create and maintain KPI tracking tools to monitor continuous improvement and business performance.- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.- Support data quality checks and ensure accuracy and consistency of data.- Document data structures, processes, and user guidance.- Identify opportunities to improve data flow, accessibility, and reporting efficiency.- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly status reports.- Coordinate multiple activities, deadlines, and priorities across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications: - 7–10 years of progressive experience in **Finance, Accounting, Data Governance, Analytics, or related areas**.- Strong **Project Management** experience.- Strong **Data Governance and Data Quality** experience.- Experience with **KPI definition, tracking, and maintenance**.- Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills.- Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint**.- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Experience analyzing and summarizing data from multiple sources.Preferred Skills: - Power BI- QlikView- Tableau- Power Query- Anaplan / SAC / TM1 / BPC- SQL / Database Management- Data visualization and data query tools- Data/system implementation experience- FP&A experience- Forecasting and budgeting experience.Top 5 Skills: 1. Pay Scale: Anticipated hourly pay range: specific range such as ($70/Hr to $82/Hr).
