We’re seeking a Director of AI Delivery to lead a focused portfolio of AI and automation initiatives, turning business challenges into practical solutions that deliver measurable results.

This is a business-facing role for someone who can bridge the gap between operations and technology, identifying opportunities, defining requirements and driving AI projects from discovery through to implementation and adoption.
A key role to the business as you help the company take on AI, being an advisory, vendor manager, enabler and eventually coming up your own achievable AI strategies for the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork with business teams to identify operational challenges and opportunities for AI and automation.Lead discovery workshops, process mapping and requirements gathering.Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for internal teams and external partners.Manage project roadmaps, timelines, budgets, risks and delivery.Evaluate AI solutions, vendors and implementation partners.Deliver generative AI training and support business adoption.Track ROI, measure outcomes and ensure solutions deliver lasting business value.Partner with IT, data, security and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI implementation.
Required Experience10+ years in solutions consulting, business analysis, technology delivery or business transformation.Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.Strong project and program management skills.Practical knowledge of generative AI and emerging technologies, including AI agents, RAG and intelligent document processing.Experience delivering training or enabling non-technical users.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience with ERP platforms and complex systems integrations.
Preferred: Experience in distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, retail or private equity-backed environments, with exposure to warehouse management and ecommerce platforms.
