Hiring | Tax Senior – 1065 | Real Estate / Financial Services

We are looking for Tax Seniors with strong US Tax - Form 1065 experience to join a leading global accounting and advisory firm.

Locations: Mumbai | Bangalore | Hyderabad | Ahmedabad

Experience: 3+ years in US Taxation

We have two specialized openings:

• Tax Senior – Financial Services

Experience with Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds, Fund of Funds or similar financial services structures is required.

• Tax Senior – Real Estate

Experience with Real Estate / REIT clients is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review US Partnership Tax – Form 1065 returns
• Review Schedules K-1, K-2 & K-3
• Handle Federal , state & local tax filing requirements
• Review tax returns and supporting workpapers for accuracy and compliance
• Perform tax planning, projections and research on complex tax matters
• Identify tax issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Manage client engagements from planning through finalization
• Work closely with US counterparts and clients
• Review work performed by junior team members and provide guidance
• Mentor and support team members in technical and professional development

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 3+ years of progressive US Tax experience
• Strong Form 1065 / Partnership Tax experience
• Relevant industry experience in Financial Services or Real Estate/REITs is mandatory
• Client-facing / US counterpart experience preferred
• CPA / CA / EA is an added advantage
