The role oversees the entire capital projects portfolio, from feasibility studies through detailed design, procurement, construction and final handover, with emphasis on governance, budgeting and public-sector compliance.

Candidates should have MBA/MSc or equivalent and 6–8 years in a senior leadership role overseeing mega civil/infrastructure projects, preferably in educational or public sector
