Role Description The Territory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Basti. This position is responsible for managing sales and distribution activities within the assigned territory, including building and maintaining relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors. The role involves regularly visiting field locations, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical guidance on agrochemical usage and best practices. The Territory Manager will monitor market trends, gather competitor and customer insights, and support business planning and sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams for supply and logistics, organizing promotional activities, and preparing reports on sales performance and territory development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Candidate must have 5 - 6 years of Experience.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess territory performance, and support informed business decisions.
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Sales Operations to develop territory plans, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with farmers, distributors, and internal stakeholders in a clear and supportive manner.
• Experience in agrochemicals, agriculture inputs, or related fields, with knowledge of crop protection products and farming practices.
