We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and team leadership. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, stakeholder interaction, and mentoring of development teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Java-based applications.Architect and develop microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Mentor and guide developers on technical solutions and design approaches.Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.Participate in architectural discussions and technology evaluations.Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.Required Skills15+ years of experience in Java development.Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8/11/17.Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA.Strong experience in Microservices architecture.Experience with RESTful APIs and API integrations.Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Familiarity with Kafka or other messaging technologies.Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, Docker, and Kubernetes.Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred SkillsFinancial Services/Banking domain experience.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. xzbcwsv Prior experience leading development teams.
