Job Title :- AGM - IT SAP

Location: - Tiruppur , Tamilnadu

Company : -Leading Garment Company having Pan India Presence with annual turnover of 3000+ Crores

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide the SAP / ERP related application-level support for all business users
• All SAP level issues to be tracked and closed with defined SLA
• Provide the implementation support for S4HANA in the organization
• Generate reports from SAP and provide in excel sheets with more clarity to the stakeholders.
• Participate in the SAP integration activities for all other systems
• Learn the business process and support business teams in terms of executing the required transactions in SAP ERP system
• Map business requirements from all stakeholders, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy customer needs.
• Work with SAP partners to do the suggested change requests, perform UAT and implement the changes in the production environment
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyses, and solve software problems.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or other technical / IT field.
• More than 12 years of experience in SAP operations
• Experience in preparing and maintaining master data in SAP
• Experience in apparel/textile manufacturing industry

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum 12+ years of experience SAP MM, SD, FICO, PP, WMS Module.
• Good knowledge in Excel so that complex reports can be made
• Ability to multitask and manage deliverables on-time.
• Ability to prepare and maintain Master data in SAP
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a CAN-DO attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
• Experience in a Garment Manufacturing / Retail industry would be an added advantage
