Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist (L0)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Hybrid

Salary-3lpa to 5lpa

Shift-10am to 6pm

Saturday & Sunday fixed off

Need 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales research or business development support

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales team.This is a foundational role in our sales pipeline - you will be the first point of contact in our outreach process,responsible for identifying, researching and qualifying prospects that fuel our business development engine.If you enjoy researching companies, spotting patterns and building systems that drive real results, this role is for you.

Job Description:

• Research and identify potential prospects and target companies using LinkedIn, Apollo.io and

other lead generation tools

• Validate leads and ensure accuracy of contact details before passing to the sales team

• Maintain and continuously update an organised master database of qualified prospects in Excel

• Ensure a consistent daily flow of qualified contacts to the outreach team for follow-up

• Build and manage email campaigns via Apollo.io and Outlook to engage prospects

• Track lead status, outreach records, and pipeline movement

• Collaborate with the sales team to refine targeting strategies and develop accurate buyer

personas

• Continuously identify new lead sources and signal streams to diversify the pipeline

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Apollo.io

• Strong attention to detail and database management skills

• Good written communication - you'll be crafting outreach that represents the company

• Ability to work independently and manage your own daily output without micromanagement

• Curiosity and a systems mindset - you think in processes, not just tasks

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel
