Job Description As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Project Manager in delivering high-quality multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination Support subcontractor procurement, bidding, and contract administration Track project budgets, costs, and change orders Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Work closely with field teams to monitor progress and ensure quality Help maintain project timelines and resolve issues proactively Support client and stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant For the Assistant Project Manager role, we are seeking: 2-5 years of construction experience, ideally with a general contractor Exposure to multifamily, mixed-use, or residential construction projects Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow within a tight-knit team Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred What's on Offer Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 100% employer-paid health insurance (employee) Monthly phone stipend and wellness allowance Continuing education support Opportunity to work on unique, design-driven projects Clear growth path within a stable, people-focused organization Exposure to both city-based and scenic regional projects </p>
