Experience & Skills Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive product sales in private and government hospitals.

Manage tender processes and ensure compliance.

Achieve regional revenue and profitability goals across customer

segments.

Identify, develop, and manage business channels in the assigned area.

Monitor sales activities and implement corrective actions to meet targets.

Collaborate with the Key Account team to explore new opportunities.

Identify market development opportunities to increase unit growth and

category share.

Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase authorities,

distributors, and dealers.

Ensure programmatic engagement between the company and key accounts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field.

MBA/Postgraduate Diploma in Sales/Marketing preferred.
