What You’ll Do:Lead field operations from preconstruction through project closeoutOversee large-scale commercial ground-up builds and complex renovations ($20M+)Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure schedule, safety, and quality standards are metUtilize construction management software (Bluebeam, Procore, or similar) to drive efficiency and communication
What We’re Looking For:5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably on xzbcwsv commercial new construction and renovation projects ($20M+)Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platformsWillingness to travel within the DMV as project demands require
