In this role you will focus on helping grow the Cost Consultancy services with the lead Senior Director, maintain and further develop client relationships and diversify the range of current service offerings and take overall ownership of all cost-related proceedings of the business. This role would suit a chartered Surveyor holding your MRICS, looking to take on a Director-level Cost Management position, working for high-profile investors, institutional logistics and retail clients whilst reaping the benefits of a large benefits package including but not limited to hybrid working, a bonus scheme and a generous car allowance.
