<p></p><h2>ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES</h2> <ul><li>Maintain productivity and efficiency of the production line</li><li>Uphold quality standards for fill heights, cap torques, and appearance of</li></ul> final product <ul><li>Set up production line every morning</li><li>Ensure machinery operates correctly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise</li><li>Perform tank changes and product changes</li><li>Wash out lines and filler</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of production area</li><li>Work in a safe and courteous manner while abiding by the Company’s safety</li></ul> policies and procedures <ul><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li><li>Work with employees to understand any problems or concerns with machinery</li><li>Workflows change frequently, and you may need to quickly adapt to new</li></ul> circumstances or juggle multiple tasks at once. • Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance and assist in major repairs <h2>QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS</h2> High school diploma or GED preferred. <h2>REQUIRED SKILLS</h2> <ul><li>Able to lift 50 pounds</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Previous experience with machinery</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Effective leadership ability</li><li>Mechanically inclined</li><li>Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting preferred</li></ul> Benefit details Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour - Benefits: 401(k) plan and insurance coverage through the company <p></p>
