Job Description Manage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion Develop and maintain project schedules and milestone targets Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and consultants Enforce site safety standards and quality control procedures Lead project meetings and daily site operations Monitor project progress, manpower, and logistics Partner closely with Project Managers and company leadership to ensure successful project delivery Maintain project documentation and reporting using construction management software MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 10+ years of commercial construction experience Experience serving as a Superintendent for a General Contractor Strong background managing ground-up commercial projects Excellent scheduling and site management skills Experience with Procore and MS Project preferred Ability to run projects independently and remain involved in day-to-day operations Strong leadership and communication abilities Automotive dealership construction experience is a plus, but not required What's on Offer Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 401(k) with 4% company match Medical, dental, and vision coverage (95% employer paid) 10 days PTO in Year 1, increasing to 3 weeks Diverse and stable project pipeline Opportunity to work directly with ownership and executive leadership Long-term career growth with a respected South Florida contractor
