We're Hiring: Equity Dealer (Trade Surveillance)

Location: Chennai

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Experience: 2–4 Years

Budget: Up to 5.5 LPA (Max)

We are looking for an experienced Equity Dealer / Trade Surveillance Analyst to join a leading global financial services organization. If you have a strong understanding of capital markets, market abuse surveillance, and trade monitoring, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and investigate trading alerts generated by automated surveillance systems.
• Identify potential market abuse and suspicious trading activities.
• Conduct detailed investigations using market research tools such as Bloomberg and Reuters.
• Document findings and maintain accurate records within defined timelines.
• Escalate suspicious activities to the Level 2 Investigation team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with surveillance procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Meet quality standards and daily alert closure targets.

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Good understanding of Capital Markets and Equity Trading.
• Knowledge of Trade Surveillance / Market Abuse Monitoring.
• Experience using Bloomberg and/or Reuters.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
