Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Enterprise LAN and WLAN environments .
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Aruba LAN and switching infrastructure .
• Support Data Center networking including modern architectures such as SpineLeaf and VXLAN .
• Implement and manage Layer2 and Layer3 technologies including STP and VLANs .
• Operate and support Aruba Wireless solutions , ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Manage Firewall security using Palo Alto , including zoning and segmentation.
• Administer Aruba ClearPass for Network Access Control (NAC), authentication, authorization, and policy enforcement.
• Perform incident, problem, and change management activities in line with ITIL processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and support continuous service improvement.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, vendors, and stakeholders during transitions and BAU operations.
