We are looking for a motivated and results-driven business development executive to join our growing team in Gurugram . As a US-based company, this role requires working in the US shift. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for our lighting solutions.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and presentations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key accounts.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Results-orientated mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and data reporting.
