Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager - Civil Engineer Location: Juno Beach, FL Schedule: Standard Office Hours Duration: 12-Month Contract Pay Rate: $44-49/hr. Responsibilities: Lead civil due diligence reviews, including ALTA surveys, geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, permitting, drainage, and grading. Manage and review Engineer of Record (EOR) deliverables throughout design milestones (30%, 60%, 90%, and IFC). Support design automation initiatives for automated Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) designs. Support project development, constructability reviews, CAPEX estimates, and value engineering. Coordinate with EORs, EPC contractors, surveyors, geotechnical consultants, and internal engineering teams. Review RFIs, change orders, and construction-related issues throughout project execution. Support hydrology, drainage, roadway, grading, and other site development activities. Provide technical leadership for utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. 11-15 years of civil engineering experience. Experience with utility-scale solar, battery energy storage systems (BESS), substations, or large infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, permitting, and construction support. Experience managing external engineering firms and EPC contractors.
