We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Handler who can manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and maintain consistent communication across our digital platforms.

• Manage the company’s social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn .
• Create engaging and creative content for social media.
• Plan, create, and publish regular posts, reels, stories, and other social media content .
• Develop creative content ideas based on current trends and company requirements.
• Write engaging captions, social media copy, and relevant hashtags.
• Maintain and manage a regular content calendar and posting schedule .
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement.
• Respond to comments and messages and maintain audience engagement.
• Track basic social media performance, reach, and engagement.
• Coordinate with the internal team to understand requirements and create relevant content.

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn .
• Strong content creation and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends.
• Good writing and caption-creation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple social media platforms independently.
• Knowledge of Canva or other content-creation tools will be an added advantage.
• Candidates must be comfortable working on-site at Bhopal IT Park .
