Parkridge Health Network, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Med Surg Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead clinical care on our medical-surgical unit. In this role, you will coordinate patient care, support bedside nurses, and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include overseeing patient assessments, care planning, and discharge coordination, as well as mentoring staff and promoting quality, safety, and patient satisfaction. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, contribute to process improvements, support staff education, and help foster a culture of compassionate, patient-centered care and professional growth.
