EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE

3+ years of experience in Interior Design / Design Consultancy / Interior Sales, preferably in residential interiors or premium/luxury interior projects.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Good design sense and attention to detail.
• Confident in presenting design concepts to clients.
• Customer-oriented with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Commercially aware with a sales-oriented approach.
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into design solutions.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet clients and understand their lifestyle, design preferences, requirements, and budget.
• Develop and present interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material selections.
• Provide professional design consultation and recommend suitable design solutions.
• Present designs and proposals effectively to clients and handle design-related queries.
• Coordinate with internal design, sales, and execution teams to ensure smooth project progress.
• Manage client revisions and ensure timely closure of design discussions.
• Support the sales process by preparing design proposals and assisting in converting enquiries into confirmed projects.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Stay updated on current interior design trends, materials, finishes, and products.
