JD Power in a remote-first environment is seeking a Chrome Customer Success Analyst to own renewals for SMB customers, analyzing usage data and coordinating with Customer Success and Sales to secure contract renewals and revenue growth.

You will monitor product usage, identify risks, develop renewal strategies, and collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure seamless contract terms, while maintaining accurate CRM records and pursuing upsell opportunities across Chrome products.
