Fashion Designer

We are looking for a Menswear designer with strong retail experience and a clear understanding of the end-to-end design process — from market research and concept development to range planning, sourcing, and execution. The candidate should be articulate, process-driven, and comfortable coordinating cross-functionally with buying, sourcing, and vendor teams to ensure timely and commercially viable product delivery. Key Responsibilities Conduct seasonal market research , trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking. Develop design concepts aligned with brand vision and seasonal direction. Lead range planning with a strong understanding of price architecture and retail strategy. Work closely with buying and merchandising teams to ensure commercial relevance. Coordinate with sourcing teams and vendors for fabric, trims, and product development. Manage vendor communication and follow-ups through sampling to production. Create detailed tech packs , specifications, and production-ready documentation. Design across woven and knit categories with strong product understanding. Monitor sampling, fittings, and product refinement through the development cycle. Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Key Skills & Requirements 3 years of relevant menswear retail design experience. (Specialised in Knit) Strong knowledge of design process, sourcing cycles, and garment construction . Hands-on experience with range building and seasonal calendars . Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in design and presentation tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). Strong understanding of fabric, fit, and silhouette development, illustration, embroidery, and knitting . Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Please share your portfolio on
