Job Title: Faculty – Business Analytics & Data Science

Experience Required

Minimum 6 years of overall industry and/or academic experience. Mandatory minimum 2 years of teaching, training, or faculty experience in higher education institutions, universities, coaching institutes, or corporate training environments.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or AI will be an added advantage.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Faculty – Business Analytics & Data Science to deliver industry-oriented training to undergraduate and postgraduate students. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical expertise and be capable of simplifying complex concepts into practical, application-based learning experiences.

The candidate will be responsible for classroom teaching, curriculum delivery, student mentoring, project guidance, and enhancing students' employability through hands-on training in analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Training

Deliver engaging classroom and practical sessions on Business Analytics and Data Science. Teach subjects including: Business Analytics Statistics for Business Advanced Excel SQL Python for Data Analytics Data Visualization & Reporting Predictive Analytics Concepts Data Interpretation & Business Insights Introduce students to emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Prompt Engineering (preferred but not mandatory). Conduct workshops, bootcamps, and skill-development sessions.

Academic Responsibilities

Develop lesson plans, presentations, assignments, case studies, and assessment materials. Evaluate student performance through examinations, projects, and presentations. Mentor students for academic projects, competitions, internships, and placements. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate real-world business cases into teaching.

Student Development

Guide students in analytics tools and industry best practices. Assist students in building analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Support students in preparing for analytics-related careers and interviews.

Industry Engagement

Bridge the gap between academia and industry by incorporating practical applications. Participate in curriculum enhancement and content development initiatives. Contribute to institutional branding through seminars, guest lectures, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Ability to design hands-on exercises and real-world analytics projects.
