Second Shift Position: Monday - Thursday 4pm - 2:30am. Starting pay is $18 per hour with $1.25 shift differential. E.A. This position plays an active role in the Company's Lean initiative. Essential Competencies:

• Ensure that pallets, racks, and dollies are stored and transported with

PRODUCTION

• Rotate all positions on a 30-minute basis.
• Follow all standard work.

• Place label on the box in the correct position.
• Open the box and fold flaps to prepare for boxers to place the product in

• Previous assembly line experience in a high-speed packaging environment
• Must be able to write, count and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be available for work flexible schedule to include occasional weekends.

• Must be able to work in cool conditions (35 to 45 degrees).
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to be on feet all day.
• Must be able to bend, twist, turn, push, pull.
