Workday HCM – Integration Consultant Experience: 6–10 Years Location: Bengaluru – Work from Office Position: Workday HCM Integration Consultant Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Integration Consultant with 6–10 years of experience in Workday integrations and strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio. The ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting complex Workday integrations across HCM modules and third-party systems. Strong knowledge of Workday integration technologies and the ability to work with business and technical stakeholders is essential. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Workday HCM integrations. Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio. Work on inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external systems. Develop integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, REST and SOAP APIs. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday integration solutions. Develop integration flows using Workday Studio components such as Assemblies, Services, Transformations, and Launch Parameters. Work with XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON and SOAP/REST technologies. Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support. Monitor integration events and resolve integration failures and data issues. Work with Workday business processes and HCM data to ensure accurate data exchange. Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. Prepare technical specifications, integration mappings, test cases, and technical documentation. Participate in deployment, release management, and post-production support activities. Mandatory Skills 6–10 years of Workday HCM experience. Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio – Mandatory. Experience developing and supporting complex Workday integrations. Strong experience with: Workday Studio EIB Core Connectors Workday Web Services REST/SOAP APIs Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath and JSON. Experience with Workday HCM data and business processes. Hands-on experience in integration testing and troubleshooting. Experience working on integration deployment and production support. Good understanding of integration security and authentication mechanisms. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
