CompensationBase Pay + Uncapped CommissionYour earning potential is directly tied to your performance. We are looking for someone motivated by goals, commissions, and the opportunity to grow with the company. This is a family business, no competing sales person M-F.
What You'll DoWork directly with customers to understand their needs and help them select the right hot tub, swim spa, or related productManage customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry through closingFollow up consistently with showroom leads, phone inquiries, web leads, and prospective customersBuild strong customer relationships without relying on high-pressure sales tacticsPrepare quotes and confidently present pricing, financing options, upgrades, and accessoriesNegotiate and close sales while maintaining company pricing and profitability standardsMaintain an organized and active sales pipelineTrack leads, follow-ups, appointments, and closed salesWork toward individual and company sales goalsMaintain strong knowledge of our products, competitors, promotions, warranties, and financing programsKeep the showroom organized, professional, and sales-readyWork closely with ownership, operations, service, and delivery teams to create an excellent customer experienceHelp identify opportunities to improve our sales process as the company grows
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:Highly motivated and competitiveGoal-oriented and driven by resultsConfident speaking with customers and asking for the salePersonable, professional, and trustworthyComfortable selling higher-ticket productsStrong at following up and staying organizedSelf-motivated and able to work without constant supervisionCoachable and willing to learnExcited about uncapped earning potentialInterested in growing into a larger leadership role as the company expandsPrevious sales experience is preferred, especially in high-ticket retail, automotive, home improvement, furniture, pools/spas, luxury products, or another commission-based environment, but industry experience is not required.
TrainingFull product and sales training is provided.You do not need previous hot tub or swim spa experience. We are looking for the right personality, work ethic, and sales mentality—we can teach you the products.
