Manager/Senior Manager Finance Accounting(CA)- Position will be based out of Jordan Onsite- For Construction/Building/Real Estate Industry

Designation: Manager / Sr. Manager - Finance & Accounts Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or ICWAI Experience: 6-8 Years (Post Qualification) Industry Preference: Construction/Building/ Real Estate (Mandatory) Location: Jordan Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis processes. Monitor project profitability, cost controls, and project accounting for construction and real estate projects. Manage cash flow planning, treasury operations, fund utilization, and working capital requirements. Oversee statutory, internal, tax, and financial audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations. Ensure compliance with taxation regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax, and other statutory requirements. Develop and strengthen internal financial controls, governance, and risk management frameworks. Prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making. Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities. Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and overall financial health of projects and business units. Support business leadership with feasibility studies, investment evaluations, and project finance assessments. Lead and mentor finance team members while driving process improvements and automation initiatives. Candidate Profile Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ICWAI with 6-8 years of relevant experience. Strong exposure to Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Audit, Treasury, and Financial Reporting. Proven experience in the Construction/Building/ and Real Estate sector is essential . Strong understanding of project accounting, revenue recognition, cost management, and real estate financial operations. Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel-based financial models is preferred.
