Reinsurance and program practitioner Build and grade risk-transfer cases covering layers, retentions, commissions, claims control, collateral and counterparty exposure; produce structure comparisons, contract analyses and program-governance reviews. 2 or more years in reinsurance, delegated authority, program business, fronting, captives or alternative risk transfer. Know at least one of treaty, facultative, MGA/MGU, Lloyd’s, captive or fronted structures, including participant responsibilities and effects on earnings, collateral and recoveries. Preferred: CPCU, ARe, ARM, ACAS or FCAS; ceded and assumed experience, treaty wording, recoverables, broking, program audit or bordereaux work. Eligibility: Remote in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Malta, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Germany, Austria or Belgium. Pay: $840/completed onboarding; then $84/hr. Schedule: At least 20 hours weekly; 40 or more is preferred. Initial onboarding is estimated at 10 hours and is paid as a separate completed stage. The initial stage is separate from subsequent hourly work. Acceptance criteria and any completion deadline are agreed before you start; no hourly conversion is applied to the initial payment. Engagement and pay Pay range: Varies by specialist track. All amounts are in USD. The selected track, exact rate, deliverables and schedule are agreed with IXO before work begins.
