Job Description<br /><br /><p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: </strong> </p><ul><li>Oversee all daily security operations across office facilities, restricted areas, and organizational grounds </li><li>Maintain a visible, professional security presence aligned with organizational standards and best practices </li><li>Manage access control systems, surveillance infrastructure, patrols, and incident response protocols </li><li>Lead, supervise, and mentor the security team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and continuous professional development </li> </ul><p><strong>Risk Management &amp; Emergency Response </strong> </p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and regularly update comprehensive emergency response plans (fire, medical, evacuation, natural disasters) </li><li>Conduct thorough risk assessments across all organizational facilities and operations </li><li>Lead emergency drills and preparedness training initiatives across all departments </li><li>Respond to security incidents with calm authority, sound judgment, and structured documentation </li><li>Analyze security trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance organizational safety </li> </ul><p><strong>Employee &amp; Visitor Safety </strong> </p><ul><li>Foster a strong culture of safety awareness and security consciousness across all organizational levels </li><li>Train employees on emergency procedures, incident reporting protocols, and security best practices </li><li>Manage sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and cultural awareness </li><li>Ensure a secure environment while maintaining an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for all stakeholders </li> </ul><p><strong>Systems &amp; Infrastructure Management </strong> </p><ul><li>Oversee CCTV systems, access control platforms, and security technology infrastructure </li><li>Ensure optimal functionality and timely maintenance of all security equipment and systems </li><li>Manage vendor relationships and contractor oversight for security-related services </li><li>Monitor and report on security metrics, operational improvements, and technology upgrades </li> </ul><br />Qualifications<br /><br /><p><strong>YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: </strong> </p><ul><li>Proven leadership experience managing and developing security teams </li><li>Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response planning </li><li>Proficiency with access control systems, CCTV technology, and security management software </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels </li><li>Ability to remain calm, composed, and decisive under pressure </li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively </li><li>Demonstrated commitment to transparency, integrity, and ethical conduct </li><li>Security certifications or formal training in risk management (e.g., Certified Protection Professional, Security Management certification) </li><li>Knowledge of vendor and contractor management in security services </li><li>Experience with security audits and compliance assessments </li><li>Familiarity with Indian labor laws and workplace safety regulations </li><li>Background in emergency management or crisis response </li><li>5–8 years of progressive luxury hotel experience in security operations management </li><li>Successful pre-opening experience would be an added advantage. </li> </ul><br /><br />Additional Information<br /><br /><p><strong>WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU: </strong> </p><ul><li>Come As You Are </li><li>Work With Purpose </li><li>Grow, Learn and Enjoy </li><li>Explore Limitless Possibilities </li> </ul>
