Job Description Manage all day-to-day field operations for assigned construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and on-site personnel. The superintendent will maintain project schedules and ensure milestone completion. Enforce safety procedures and company safety standards. Monitor quality control and ensure work complies with plans and specifications. Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and daily planning activities. Identify and resolve field issues proactively. Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities. Work closely with Project Managers to maintain project budgets and schedules. Foster strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor across Fort Lauderdale. Proven experience managing ground-up and renovation commercial projects. Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods. Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors simultaneously. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of OSHA requirements and job site safety procedures.
