Commercial HVAC Team Lead
Baltimore/Washington, D.C. Area | Full-Time | On-Site
Our client, a growing full-service commercial mechanical contractor , is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Team Lead to oversee HVAC installations, service operations, and field technicians throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
This is a hands-on leadership position , not a sales role. They're looking for a licensed HVAC professional with extensive commercial experience who can troubleshoot complex systems, perform installations and repairs, and lead technicians while maintaining high-quality standards in the field.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of HVAC trade experience
- Strong commercial HVAC background
- Active HVAC license
- Previous team lead or field leadership experience
- Hands-on HVAC installation and service experience
- Experience working with VRF/VRV systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
- Boiler and chiller experience is a plus
Candidates should be located within a reasonable commuting distance of the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. area and comfortable traveling throughout the surrounding territory.
