About Our Client Client is a top commercial construction general contractor with a mixed commercial construction portfolio. Job Description Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present project updates and reports to relevant parties. Facilitate effective communication among project teams and external partners. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects from start to finish. Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
