Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Success Manager to ensure clients achieve maximum value from our products and services. The ideal candidate will own the post-sales customer journey, drive product adoption, build strong client relationships, and improve customer retention. Willingness to work in US/UK shifts is preferred. Responsibilities Manage customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from the Sales team.
