Director of Affiliate Marketing (United States)

About the Role Inno Supps is looking for a Director of Affiliate Marketing to own and grow our affiliate and creator programs across TikTok Shop, Instagram, and other affiliate channels. This is a growth and relationship-management role. We’re looking for someone who understands that building a large affiliate roster is only part of the job—the real opportunity is turning creators into active, engaged, revenue-producing partners. You will own the affiliate lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through activation, engagement, optimization, and retention. You’ll work closely with our social, creative, and performance marketing teams to identify priority products, develop creator opportunities, and build a community that consistently generates content and sales.
