Schedule: Full-Time Night Shift (36 hours/week)
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Department: Medical Surgical Innovation Unit
Location: Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center
What We're Looking For:- Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
- If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
- Experience:
- One year of RN experience, required.
- One year relevant experience, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
- Participate in testing and evaluating new technologies, workflows, and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide feedback that helps shape and refine innovative practices across the organization
- Support a positive, team-focused environment through mentorship, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Participate in professional development opportunities including the Clinical Ladder Program, shared governance, and career advancement initiatives
