Assistant Manager - Projects (Green Buildings)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced to lead sustainability and green building certification projects across LEED, IGBC, WELL, GRIHA, and ECBC. The ideal candidate will manage, facilitate cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, ensure high-quality project delivery, and drive successful certification outcomes while supporting business growth and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables
• Plan, monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and stakeholders for smooth project execution
• Prepare sustainability strategies and documentation for certification submissions
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with standards (LEED, IGBC, WELL, GRIHA, ECBC, etc.)
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve project performance
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to ENGRIN processes
• Support business development through proposals and client meetings
• Stay updated on green building standards, technologies and market trends
• Manage resources, budgets and project timelines effectively

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor‘s degree in the relate subjects
• Min of 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Expertise on LEED, IGBC, WELL, GRIHA, ECBC
