As one of our core team members, you'll be helping shape our sales & marketing culture at Skillinabox for Fashion Designing & Make-up Artistry. Working closely with the Founders and the Board, you will be directly responsible to lead our GTM strategies, build a customer base & work with campaigns. A "Beacon Role" to shape our growth in all dimensions and build a team as you grow.

Key responsibilities areas are mentioned below - 

• Counsel potential learners via calls, virtual demos, and office walk-ins—help them understand the value of our program and guide them toward enrollment.
• Own your monthly sales targets and execute strategic plans that contribute to our ambitious goal of reaching ₹100 Cr in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Build strong relationships with learners and actively share feedback with the marketing and product teams to strengthen our offerings and lower customer acquisition costs.
• Grow with us —build and lead your own team as we expand into 1200+ districts across India. Step into a leadership role in less than a year!

Who are we looking for?

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Academic Counselling, Admissions, Business Development, or EdTech Sales.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working with monthly sales targets.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong learning mindset may also be considered.

Comp & Ben - 

• Compensation - ESOP's (Shares in company) + 3.6 - 4.5 LPA (Fixed) + 1.5-2 LPA (Variable)
