Role : Fraud Analyst Notice period : Immediate Total Experience :3 + years Experience- 1-3 Years of relevant experience in Fraud Detection and Investigations Shift timings- 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM or 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM (flexibility required) Location/ Office- Bangalore/ only EGL office or Hyderabad Nice to have skills - Chargebacks, Claims Processing JD: Analyze financial transactions and account activity to identify unusual activity to identify unusual or suspicious patterns. • Conducting in-depth investigations into potential fraud cases, which may involve gathering evidence. • Performing 360 Reviews on the Alert which has been triggered due to violation of threshold set for the systems for Fraud types (i.e.- ATO, PTO, TOA, ID Theft, ATO Scam, First Party Frauds etc.) • Conduct 360 fraud
