Senior Sales Executive

Jayant Printery is a Palghar-based manufacturer of mono cartons, leaflets, and printed packaging, with a facility near JNPT built to serve regulated industries. We're expanding our pharma vertical and looking for someone who already speaks that language.

What you'll own:

• Drive ₹1 crore/month in pharma sector sales within 6–12 months
• Open new pharma accounts and get us through vendor registration/qualification
• Manage and grow relationships with 10+ clients around Mumbai, with periodic travel across India

What you bring:

• Proven sales experience into pharma companies (any product category — packaging experience is a plus, not a must)
• Existing contacts within pharma purchase departments
• A track record of opening new accounts and closing deals, not just managing existing ones
• Comfortable with email communication and Excel-based reporting; strong negotiation skills

Compensation: Fixed base + uncapped, performance-linked commission — built for someone who wants their number to reflect their results.

Location: Based out of our Mumbai office, with regular client visits across the city and occasional pan-India travel.
