We're hiring a Google Ads media buyer at Cosmoon Media.

Not a junior. Not someone who wants to \"learn e-commerce.\" A rockstar.

We're an e-commerce growth agency. We've partnered with 65+ brands across North America and Europe and UAE . We've made them over $68m+ in revenue

So here's the one thing I'll say upfront, before you read another line:

If you have not run Google Ads for US-based DTC brands, please don't waste your time applying.

That's non-negotiable. Not a preference, not a \"nice to have.\" We've hired the other way before and it

doesn't work — US DTC has its own economics, its own buyer, its own margin math, and you either know it or you're learning on our clients' money.

You'll own Google performance end to end across:

→ Search

→ Performance Max

→ YouTube Ads

→ Demand Gen

→ Google Display Network

→ Remarketing

→ Customer Match

→ Google Merchant Center

This is not a button-pushing role. You'll build account structure, launch, test angles and creative with our creative team, kill what's dead, scale what's working, and back every call with numbers.

You need to speak fluent:

→ CPA, ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV

→ New customer CAC vs blended

→ First purchase profitability

→ Search term quality and placement performance

→ Feed health and Merchant Center diagnostics

→ Creative fatigue

→ When to scale and when to cut

The non-negotiables:

→ 2+ years running Google Ads for US-based DTC e-commerce brands

→ $100,000+ in Google spend you personally managed — not spend your agency managed while you

built the reports

→ You can walk me through one account: what it looked like when you took it over, what it looked like 90 days later, and what you actually did in between
