The Senior Maintenance Specialist within the One Call unit repairs and performs maintenance on all mechanical/electrical within the envelope of buildings and perimeter. One Call is responsible for answering and reacting to customers needs and concerns 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This is a specialty group whose primary focus is customer service by answering the One Call phone in a professional manner, interpreting customers needs, performing or facilitating necessary repairs with an excellent customer satisfaction outcome.
