<p> Designation: Manager – Placement Partnerships </p> <p> Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience </p> <p> About the Role:- </p> <p> The Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, coordinating, and monitoring external placement consultants to support student placements across various academic programmes. </p> <p> Key Responsibilities:- </p> Identify and empanel credible placement consultants and recruitment partners. Negotiate Mo Us, commercials, targets, timelines, and service terms. Share stream-wise placement requirements and ensure consultants provide suitable core/domain-relevant opportunities. Coordinate placement drives, interviews, offer letters, joining, and follow-up. Conduct monthly reviews against agreed targets. Track consultant-wise performance, cost per placement, salary, joining, retention. Verify company credibility, job role, compensation, and student safety before drives. Ensure consultants do not charge any fee to students. Travel frequently across India to meet consultants, recruitment partners, and employers and strengthen placement networks. <p> Preferred Profile:- </p> Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably an MBA with fluency in English and Hindi. 5–10 years of experience in placement, recruitment, staffing, corporate relations, or business development. <p> Salary:- </p> <p>₹60,000-80,000 per month as per relevant experience and skill sets + Incentive </p> <p> How to Apply:- </p> <p> Interested candidates are invited to submit their applications, including a cover letter and a CV, to / or you may call / </p>
